The indoor outdoor flow in this home is all about lifestyle. With a louvre covered outdoor living area for all weather conditions, an integrated spa that vanishes beneath the decking when not in use at the touch of a button.
This home featured exposed rafters and rustic oak flooring. Floating stair treads with negative detail feature on the stair case.
The designer kitchen includes a Stainless steel butchers block, a butlers sink and a scullery it also has bi fold windows which open out to the decking and act as a breakfast bar for summer months. A kitchen nook was custom designed to provide an additional seating space.
The lounge is a relaxed space that features a pivot television. This is disguised behind the mirror above the fireplace when not in use.
