If you don’t already have house plans, we’ll select the right architectural partner for your project, and you’ll benefit from our fixed price architectural design process.

From our initial site meeting we’ll work through the council planning requirements, resource consent issues if applicable, the geo-tech reporting and all site considerations pertaining to the build of your project. Our team will ensure expert advice is at hand throughout each step of the planning process.
