This unique home was a collaboration between our clients Hamish and Vicki, their architect and ourselves. An extraordinary home built in a classic styling it packed full of lifestyle features and innovations. The home won GOLD at the 2015 Master Builder Awards and also took out the LIFESTYLE award for Outdoor Living.

The indoor outdoor flow in this home is all about lifestyle. With a louvre covered outdoor living area for all weather conditions, an integrated spa that vanishes beneath the decking when not in use at the touch of a button.

 

This home featured exposed rafters and rustic oak flooring. Floating stair treads with negative detail feature on the stair case.

The designer kitchen includes a Stainless steel butchers block, a butlers sink and a scullery it also has bi fold windows which open out to the decking and act as a breakfast bar for summer months. A kitchen nook was custom designed to provide an additional seating space.

The lounge is a relaxed space that features a pivot television. This is disguised behind the mirror above the fireplace when not in use.
